I am fully qualified and a registered member of the BACP. I have 3 years post qualification experience.

My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, compassion, and non-judgement. I aim to create a safe and supportive environment where you feel comfortable exploring your thoughts and feelings, and where you can develop the skills and tools you need to thrive.
I use a client-centred approach, working collaboratively with you to identify your goals and develop a customised treatment plan. I plan a strong emphasis on building a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship.
If you are suffering a mental health problem, wanting to feel better about past trauma, or just looking to improve your life and relationships and understand yourself more, then I can help.
Whatever your concerns or difficulties, we can work together to overcome them in a safe, calm, professional, confidential and non-judgemental environment where I will give you the space you need to make sense of what is going on.
I offer weekday and evening appointments, face to face or via Zoom, or a hybrid model if this suits you best.
I have extensive training and experience with abuse, trauma, bereavement, depression and anxiety, and although I can provide counselling for all aspects of your life, these are my specialist areas.
I have lots of experience with young people (18-25).
I work from Kempshott, Basingstoke, Hampshire, and I offer counselling face to face, or on-line via Zoom. If a combination of face to face and Zoom is what you need, we can do this. I am flexible with appointments so if you need a different day or time each week then we can also do this. Please note my counselling room is on a first floor room via stairs.
I offer open ended counselling, so you can have as many or as little appointments as you need. This can be decided week by week.
I am a fully qualified counsellor (Dip.Couns) and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP).
I undertake regular professional development training and have regular supervision.
I am DBS enhanced vetted and I am a qualified First Aider at Work
